      Avantages

      Pay is decent, they have high standards for performace, appear to value the diverse workforce they have, and managers are trained and supportive of their teams.

      Inconvénients

      There were times when the volume of business, high expectations, and staffing available meant that I had to temporarily sacrifice work-life balance. But even in those cases, the managers were encouraging quick resolution and getting back to a good work-life balance.

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Inconvénients

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
