      They give you unlimited PTO.

      Inconvénients

      The commission plan is crap. They give you 10 leads a day that are crap. The sales manager does not have realistic expectation or realistic advice to give to SDR’s to combat with customers that are not interested.

      Avantages

      Great enviroment with solid, encouraging team leads. Incredible avenue to develope communication skills.

      Inconvénients

      Some people would suggest getting yelled at over the phone is a con. Others would say it helps personal development.
