      If you absolutely need a job right now, they’ll hire you on the spot and it’s a pretty easy gig. No management hovering over you all the time.

      Inconvénients

      No benefits, no raises, no upward mobility, low life gossips for managers and coworkers

      Avantages

      I worked at ServiceMaster Clean for 4 years and had an overall amazing experience. From day one, I felt supported by both management and my team, and there was a strong sense of respect and accountability throughout the company.

      Inconvénients

      The only con was having to be on call, which isn't really a con because that was a part of my job description. They also paid extra for it.
