      Avantages

      Good pay for the region. Room to move up the ladder. 7x7 shift sched. Good pension.

      Inconvénients

      Loves change at the management level. Long work days for locals. Company caters to communuters, rather than supporting the local work force. Little or no technical training.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
