Perspective commerciale
Avantages
I'm a mgmt trainee (Shell Graduate Program) so I might not speak for everyone. Flexible working hours, relatively fair appraisal system, supportive colleagues and supervisors, and a Global network to reach out to - those are the pros that keeps me going.
Inconvénients
Approvals and decision making is slow and complex, being a big company. Appraisals are sometimes qualitative and not quantitative. Very HSSE focused that it's not too price-competitive in the market.
