      1. There is a talk about "Care for People" 2. You can achieve much by yourself

      Inconvénients

      1. "Care for People" is still more of a managerial jargon than meaninful attitude. 2. Unless you've got a very well connected "Godfather", your "air cover" is very limited.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
