      Avantages

      Working life balance with good benefits. Great working culture and good colleagues

      Inconvénients

      Too many restructuring causing the dilution of good leaders. Those that remained in the department are mostly poor management skills with limited knowledge in daily operation process. Feedback given to line manager for improvement but no action taken.
