      Avantages

      I will say that Shell has a very great welfare for their employees such as when giving birth to a child, yearly monetary allowances for travelling and many other things.

      Inconvénients

      Very late in adopting new technologies. Only looks to improve in times of crisis or bad economy.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
