      Avantages

      They have sincere care for their employees during the pandemic. The starting salary is decent and the culture is really competitive. Managers are encouraged to support their employee's development and success.

      Inconvénients

      Their retirement package is only available for high level positions. I don't think they are competitive enough in that area.
