      Great benefits, good work life balance, great co-workers and collaborative environment.

      Inconvénients

      Too much politics. Promote career growth but focus on upper management favorites. Too many unspoken rules that interfere with career growth. Upper management are hand picked but often don't have the management skills & experience.
