Great culture and company but need to be MORE flexible with WFH arrangements - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Shell Energy

Although flexible working is available, the upper management is expecting employees to come to the office around 3 times a week later in the year (post covid). I think there shouldn't be any expectations on how many days we should come to the office.
