      Avantages

      Flexible hours - no pressure to accept shifts. Bonus money for skills Good for travel or extra work Varied work

      Inconvénients

      Lots of phone calls to confirm your arrival before shift. Can be a bit of a blokey work environment. Not always lots of shifts in off season. Can be very physically demanding.
