      Work/life balance. No need to work weekends/late nights.

      Low pay, less benefits. No RSUs. Company financials not great, adding to uncertainty.

      Avantages

      I felt valued as an employee, but I was capable of so much more than what I was doing there. Good benefits, good work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      I was laid off due to cutbacks in the program. I would have been capable and willing to shift into a different role easily because they only used about 25% of my skills. But they didn't give me that opportunity.
