      Avantages

      C'est un environnement de travail facile à vivre où ils semblent prendre soin de leurs employés à un niveau superficiel et superficiel.

      Inconvénients

      Tout est beau et propre en surface, mais ils ont des problèmes internes. Par exemple: 1. Il y a beaucoup de politique de travail peu recommandable. J'ai vu des personnes non qualifiées être promues parce qu'elles avaient de «vraies discussions» au lieu d'avoir de vraies réalisations ou de vrais mérites, tandis que les gens qui le méritaient en fait étaient ignorés. 2. On m'a promis une augmentation après 6 mois qui n'arrive jamais, ou "oubliée". 3. Ils ont annoncé un nouveau programme de soins pour les nouveaux parents, et j'ai été relâché après avoir dit à HR que j'aurais un bébé dans quelques mois. Je n'ai jamais été vieille de la raison pour laquelle j'ai été licenciée, mais je suppose qu'ils ne voulaient pas payer pour mon éventuel congé ou pour diminuer mes performances.

      Je suis surpris de voir vos commentaires. Je l'ai amené à notre équipe de direction pour creuser. Nous avons eu du mal à valider les commentaires, mais nous sommes universellement convaincus que nous ne licencierions pas un employé parce que lui ou son conjoint attend un enfant.       Amazing team of smart, supportive people who truly care about the work and each other. Leadership is solid and approachable, creating an environment where ideas are heard and good work gets recognized. It’s been great to see so many people here grow and advance in their careers. The product is genuinely strong and something to be proud of. Overall, it’s a place where you feel valued and know the work you do makes an impact.

      Fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly — but it keeps things interesting.

      Co workers. AI tools. Best in class

      Inconvénients

      Literally everything else No career growth No educational opportunities. They brag about “campus” but that IT product training. Incredibly toxic Constant change, which is sometimes good. Inside politics Conservative company Tight with money. will invest in some technology, but not people Marketing Team as big as the sales team with very little results to show Poor implementation Poor support Crappy culture Poor communication Bad alignment Siloed departments
