      Avantages

      - Équipe amicale dans le bureau britannique - Des réunions d'équipe amusantes à Brighton - Des gens talentueux autour, même si vous n'avez pas assez de temps pour discuter avec eux

      Inconvénients

      Pression du sommet pour que les projets soient réalisés dès que possible, sans égard pour la durabilité. Défaut de décomposer les projets en étapes avec des versions internes. Cela place les équipes à l'échec lorsque des bogues sont inévitablement découverts bien trop tard. La haute direction ne s'assure pas d'obtenir les commentaires des équipes. Tout est filtré par le middle management. Conduit à de mauvaises décisions telles que le portage de l'application héritée vers une application entièrement nouvelle plutôt que de la décomposer pièce par pièce.

      Avantages

      The company has a very good work culture with positive vibes all around. It’s a great place to grow in the software industry, with supportive teams and a collaborative environment. The work atmosphere is truly positive and encouraging

      Inconvénients

      They’re already doing a great job . Honestly, no cons to point out.

      Avantages

      Remote work, and maybe a cool backpack or a new manager that realizes how toxic things are and leaves right away making a statement for others to follow 👍💪

      Inconvénients

      Toxic environment. Lack of leadership and incompetent interim roles constantly being filled. Steady financial decline.

Our broader employee feedback is positive to strong, and describes an environment that is collaborative, customer-centric, and hard-working . While acknowledging that, like all companies, there are some areas where we have room for improvement, of course. We take pride in having experienced leadership across the board, and a strong team in India that contributes hugely to our ongoing success.
