Avantages

One of the pros would be you get to work with composites and things you wouldn't normally at your hobby shop or standard mechanics shop. Other pros like basic benefits package, and PTO.

Inconvénients

There are so many! The majority of company stock has been purchased by investors, resulting in inadequate leadership for the technical positions. The managers are uninformed and unqualified. The pay is roughly half of the industry across the board in all departments. One of the biggest downfalls is the culture of this company and their ability to keep employee morale high. One person quits another gets hired, no matter your skillset or craftmanship you are replaceable. One of the biggest drawbacks about working here is the lack of proper safety equipment and knowledge from the core managers of this facility. They do not abide by osha standards and will force you to do bad practice. My biggest pet peeve was coming into my position as a fabricator with 20 years experience, and my colleagues have never worked on cars before. Matter of fact, two of them came from a body lotion factory, two from wendys, and backyard mechanics.

Driven by our continued growth, we have hired a large number of people this past year and have found that our compensation and benefits package attracts a wide range of talented people. Most importantly, our facility has a number of employee safety initiatives in place. The Fabrication department’s safety programs include company provided PPE and a comprehensive hearing protection program. Any safety concerns should be brought to the attention of our Environmental Health & Safety Manager.

Avantages

The product is insanely cool. One of a kind cars that you'd only see at a car museum. The people are great as well.

Inconvénients

As appealing as it seems, DON'T. From a business standpoint, very disorganized. Sink or swim mentality. Throws employees into the deep end hoping something sticks. There is a very high turn over rate within production, thus loosing a lot of tribal knowledge that the shop workers have. Due to this fact, no one really knows what they're doing. No ERP system to tie everything together. A lot of these cars are quite literally held up by popsicle sticks because the production workers have to resort to mickey mouse fixes to meet production demand. These are million dollar cars held up by popsicle sticks which is a great analogy for the company as well. Honestly, some of these cars shouldn't be on the road. A luxury brand that is in constant triage mode, unable to focus on improving process.
