      Inconvénients

      Samsung makes all the decisions for SmartThings, no matter how it affects the product, the company, or the people. That results in drastic changes at least once a year and mass layoffs.

      - Can be extremely fast paced at times - Last minute feature requests from Samsung is not uncommon.

      role expectations were not always clear. hard to demonstrate leadership when there were only a few new features.
