Poor management Worst CEO False Promises This is the worst company with worst management strategies from the CEO. This company is more like for his relatives as the CEO gives all the managerial positions mostly to his relatives in the company. There are few employees who are in his good books and the moment he is brainwashed by any of them about others he will not even make any effort in finding the real truth. He simply ignores that person or shouts at them and sends the person out. Thanks to his behavior which has made couple of Account Managers, BDM, CISO Head, Digital Marketing Head, Global HR, etc all left the company in a short span from here. While joining they say all fancy things likes incentives, benefits, work culture, health, etc but real picture comes to you after joining here. They pay only peanuts and think they are paying best in the industry and create useless plans to cut down incentives. Salary hike is a big joke here. Oh yeah don't believe those 5 star reviews. they all are written by freshers who just joined and was asked to write reviews by the HR team over here who doesn't have any idea of the work culture and CEO here
