      Avantages

      Most of the people I've encountered seemed genuinely nice (or at least amazing at faking it) and free gym membership to a fun workout.

      Inconvénients

      Below Average Pay (HQ and Coaches), Nearly all higher up management is awful, work life balance is bad especially if you have kids since very few of the executives do and decisions reflect that, You will find out quickly who is part of the in crowd, Horrible benefits, They don't provide computers and must you use your own, It feels like management is as honest as the rolling hills of Northern Virginia are large. Performative on social issues.

      Free classes at [solidcore] and other fitness partners, paid training, free merch, company actually pays coaches well compared to other boutique fitness studios

      Avantages

      Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

      Inconvénients

      People are the top think they have the best ideas. Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
