      The [solidcore] community is incredible - from clients to coaches. Coaching clients through such a challenging workout is extremely rewarding.

      Inconvénients

      Due to the nature of the business, studio managers change frequently and it can be disruptive to studio operations

      Free classes at [solidcore] and other fitness partners, paid training, free merch, company actually pays coaches well compared to other boutique fitness studios

      Avantages

      Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

      Inconvénients

      People are the top think they have the best ideas. Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
