      Avantages

      Solvay est en train de changer son organisation, plus flexible , s'adapte plus facilement au monde des affaires.

      Inconvénients

      Tout y est lent. Pas facile de s'adapter aux changements. L'image de l'employeur et l'utilisation de nouvelles technologies devraient être explorées.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Inconvénients

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
