      Avantages

      Nice coworkers outside of management and employee discount?

      Inconvénients

      - No fun left - Zero Accountability and plenty of micromanagement, while also lacking direction. - Long term employees consistently get a pass for poor performance. - Many 'benefits', like profit sharing, educational credits, and on-site yoga were offered when I joined never existed. - Pay is well below market - Internal environment is very different from what they want it to appear as.

      Avantages

      Gained valuable hands-on experience in electromechanical systems. Developed strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Learned how to work independently with minimal supervision. Had exposure to innovative electronics and hardware projects.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of a team-oriented work environment. Minimal communication from management, leading to uncertainty. No incentives or team-building activities to boost morale. Limited opportunities for professional growth or internal collaboration.
