The most toxic work environment you could imagine. The founders are the rudest people you will ever meet. You will be treated horrifically, insulted, berated, and undermined, which destroys your confidence. There is a terrible atmosphere in the office; people rarely speak to each other except to criticize. You work extremely long hours and are required to be in the office five days a week. You will never get credit or recognition for your work; you’ll only hear from management when they’re complaining about something you’ve done. The company will not grow because staff don’t stay long due to how they’re treated. If you’re thinking of working here, I strongly advise against it.
