      Avantages

      + The work environment with coworkers was excellent + The demand forced you to go beyond your comfort zone + You had every opportunity to learn anything needed to do your job + Salary reflected the skillsets and experience better than any other company in the local market + Direct Manager was very pleasant to work with and cared about the team

      Inconvénients

      - Commitments made by leadership did not reflect adequately resources capacity, leading to unnecessary overtime that ended up demotivating and exhausting the team - Suffered the syndrome of multiple acquisitions which causes layoffs, reorganization (in this case without a lot of success), personnel rotation, and uncertainty - Lost multiple clients due inability to meet the unrealistic deadlines for project deliverables

      Thank you for your feedback. The facility in Mexico is no longer owned or operated by this Speed Commerce. They are owned and operated under new ownership.

      Avantages

      Teamwork is a strong part of the environment here, which makes the workplace more positive. Everyone is willing to collaborate and support one another, making it easier to get things done efficiently. Good work-life balance, as I am able to leave on time each day. The workload keeps you consistently busy throughout the day.

      Inconvénients

      Can be stressful dealing with customer issues and complaints Dependent on warehouse operations for answers sometimes

      Avantages

      Amanda in HR is amazing and easy to work with. Kim is a wonderful boss who is very supportive of her employees. They really took care of us during the holidays providing meals we ate together and working with everyone to ensure they got the time off they needed. Work/life balance is wonderful, especially for the moms, because when your day is over, you leave.

      Inconvénients

      Not much communication with others in the office, but I am not used to working in a quiet environment. I guess the quiet would be a pro.
