Disregard the negative Glassdoor reviews at your own risk. So many reviews over these past few months could have been written by me, but weren't.
A company that was sincere about its mission, and being mission-based, would understand the importance of mental health for those who work to make the mission a reality - the employees.
If you are sincere in your passion for mental health, and value maintaining your own, do not be surprised if the culture spits you back out.
