      Standard Textile is a family-owned business and treats all of its employees as though they were family. They truly care about each and every one of them, and this was especially true during the pandemic.

      Inconvénients

      Pay lags industry, raises seemingly only match inflation if received. Raises for promotions within department lack substantial increase.
