Avantages
Stibo provide a fantastic arena to build expertise in Data management and technical approach. They have a best in class product to sell and some great minds learn from. Plenty of exposure to clients and to build your knowledge from deploying and developing the product. A company that has wisely invested in their own tools and templates to support the SDLC, end to end
Inconvénients
Stibo has relatively poor remuneration and not much of a benefits package. UK staff are over worked and under resourced and training opportunities are limited. Very little by way of job security. No personnel or support services to speak of and man management is very adhoc and disorganised
