      I met some cool people

      Inconvénients

      1. Low pay for the hours 2. Leads have to cover ANY open shifts no exception 3. ended up working 60 hours several weeks in a row 4.management does not care about their employees 5. finds any reason for a write up 6. when i left they gave everyone who asked a different reason as to why they wanted to let me go (i quit before they could fire me) 7. told everyone i was fired when i quit

      Avantages

      My Director has been of great assistance to me. Helpful and reachable at anytime. Glen Allen has really helped and allowed me to grow in my position.

      Avantages

      The residents are really sweet and nice for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      Management is terrible, Will pay people doing the same job a dollar less and absolutely will lie to you about what shift you'll be on. Absolutely terrible leads that are condescending and will look for any small reason to complain.
