SunMan Engineering is a smaller company, so expect to wear many hats. The type of projects the company gets come from many different industries, so it keeps things very exciting as an engineer. You work a LOT of hours, but it's extremely fun and challenging. You will get the experience of a lifetime, and grow very rapidly. The company culture is good for a small company. The management is cool. Very cool. Stay on the their good side, and they will most definitely take care of you. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to work with the brightest minds in the Silicon Valley. The company is approached by Fortune 500 companies as well as well-funded stealth startups. This keeps things very interesting and dynamic for the entire staff; no two projects are alike. So expect to learn a ton about product development and incubation here, in a very short amount of time.

Very lean operation. This keeps costs for the customers low, but deadlines are very tight and sometimes that requires 60 hour weeks. If you want a 9 to 5, this company is not for you.
