      Benefits/perks, out in the field (if you're into that), fast paced, fun on the local branch level.

      Inconvénients

      Very corporate for anything bigger than a branch meeting, judged on metrics mostly out of your control, success is pretty much all down to the territory you have as opposed to how hard you hustle
