Avantages
The Sunrise Family is such a good way to describe how we are. There is no hierarchy which means everyone's door is open, including the Chairman. If you want to succeed at Sunrise you need to have your own ambition and you can go on courses if you are pro active. There are lots of long serving staff at Sunrise, if you commit to Sunrise it will commit to you. Each role you can make your own, Sunrise allows you to grow & develop. Lots of staff have been given the opportunity for career progression. Yes Sunrise is located on a business park but that means lots of secure parking for drivers and the train links are good into London. The perks are relatively good, holiday increments, Health Insurance & Pension. The product is good and we are very competitive in our market place. There are staff events organised by Sunrise and also staff organised events. Being a small ish company has its advantages, you can get things done quickly without having to go through lots of hoops.
Inconvénients
Currently having some technical delivery issues but recruitment of consultants will ease this situation. Having seen some wonderful offices at some of our customers, the office & public space is now tired and could do with a facelift. No air con in the summer does make the office unbearable as it has a tin roof.
