Laid back environment Great experience due to touching many different types of systems CEO is a nice guy

Inconvénients

-No career advancement -No salary advancement. Spent alot of time with this company and the workload continually increased, while the compensation never did. Boss continued to promise raises for months and the raise never came. -Benefits. Small package that is extremely high priced. Was promised a retirement package and never got a retirement package. upon inquiring multiple times, I was told over and over that it would be worked out. When I left, it never was worked out and I was of time to be able to take what I had earned with me. -Holidays and benefits were decreased. No compensation added for the additional time added to the work year. -Employees were expected to work as long as it took to get to a customer site 4 hours away and work an 8 hour day on site, then drive back the 4 hours after working. The next day you were expected to do the same again. OT was typically not paid. -At times, the employee had to chase the company car down somewhere across town before leaving for appointments in other cities, even though they had been scheduled ahead of time to have the use of the car.. Which caused employees to get home later as they were expected to finish their tasks at those sites.
