      the environment of the organization is very good as well as upper level management is also good

      There is a very long process to changing employee work opportunities, however less shuffling option in team and work process

      Avantages

      Teamwork, Empathy, Support, Friendship, Growth, are only a few words that reminds me of working at Surgical Notes. I enjoyed the entire 17 yrs!

      Remote work is the only pro

      Inconvénients

      The micro management is awful even at the director level. The turnover is high. Pay is low. The staff is unhappy. The clients are unhappy. The systems are outdated. The employees are so overwhelmed and overworked and no one receives training.
