      Avantages

      Kind team Alithya takeover will correct most of the problems

      Inconvénients

      They send you to clients as a contractor to get paid full time with 10 days vacation while they take all the per hour money. You better off work directly with the client as an independent contractor. The Energy side is very active while the financial side is very weak and the management is aging and pure technical and have no idea what capital markets or finance is.

      Avantages

      They are mainly project based so you will usually have new things to do. The people are friendly and there are activities. Located on a subway line, nice building.

      Inconvénients

      Flat organization, not a lot of opportunity for management experience. The salary is OK but the pension (which only starts after 2 years of service) is below industry standard. You start with 10 days of vacation and they can only be taken after 6 months of employment.

      Avantages

      Coworkers are all very friendly and supportive You do get to work on a varieties of projects at different client sites There are a variety of company events throughout the year Good work life balance

      Inconvénients

      No bonus for entry level employees. Starting vacation only 10 days. Could use more training before sent to client sites. Lack of career growth. Below average starting salary.
