Working at Telus Digital was one of the most disorienting professional experiences I’ve had. The biggest issue is the management instability ,the company is in a perpetual state of reorganization. Just when you start to understand who your leadership is and what direction the team is heading, everything gets reshuffled again.
Upper management changes so frequently that there’s no continuity in vision or strategy. New leaders come in, pivot priorities, and leave before anything meaningful gets executed. It creates a culture of confusion where employees don’t know what to focus on or who to align with.
Most damaging of all is how this affects morale: you simply do not feel valued. Your contributions go unrecognized, your growth is deprioritized, and the constant instability sends a clear signal that people are afterthoughts. It’s hard to stay motivated when the goalposts keep moving and no one seems to notice — or care — about the people doing the actual work.
