      Work environment was good couple of years back, decent compensation,

      Nothing new to learn, no Oppurtunities. No trust between employees, middle management and senior management. HR- what do u mean by that, completely waste. useless management. sort of dictatorship

      Avantages

      They have outstanding professional services technicians and site mangers. It was always a comfort to know that my accounts would be well taken care of.

      Inconvénients

      The company's management tried to hard to convince themselves and the team that their CRM suite was better than the best competitor in the space. They never really felt confident they had a chance to compete so they chose instead to play down the other vendor product. I happened to know the truth was the other product was far superior because I worked for them.
