      Fast pace, clean, accountability, work-life balance, professional growth, good beginner management job

      Inconvénients

      office culture could have been better, a lot of politics when trying to get promoted, executive management could have been better, I managed a lot of unhappy employers because team leads where not on the same page.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
