      freeform, relaxed, friendly people, adequate break time, fair treatment full time available as well as part time, competitive pay fair for work done, good management

      Inconvénients

      can be extremely repetitive, not a lot of communication during "work" time, overall a friendly and relaxed workplace, but somewhat boring
