      Avantages

      I like working at target they have good benefits and a good self respect towards there employees. overall i think that it is a very good place to work

      Inconvénients

      There is a down side to working here. first off they dont pay very well and the breaks arent very long.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
