Avantages
fun place to work, great people good benefits including medical, dental and retirement plans, also seems the the corporation cares about the welfare of their employees
Inconvénients
Management can sometimes be not that professional, growth was tough at my store but may have been just my store and not a problem with the corporation in general, the pay is not that great either and raises are performance based but even when you are what target calls efficient at your job do not expect an annual raise of more then forty cents.
