- Great place to start a career - Great emphasis on work/life balance - Fun, young work environment - Lots of well qualified people around you
Inconvénients
- Very low pay for the industry - Talk a lot about how great the benefits are but they're not - Very politicial and you better like playing the game if you want to move up - No opportunity to move into a new career path - Steinhafel has really changed the culture and not in a good way
