If you enjoy unpredictable schedules and constant pressure, this place will keep you busy. Hours get exhausting, with random shifts and weekends. Leadership and managers talk about support, but most of the time they just add more confusion. Targets are unrealistic, so hitting bonuses or moving up rarely happens, no matter how much effort you put in. There's no communication, and feedback doesn't really go anywhere.
