      Avantages

      * Great working environment * Good location for the university students * Opportunity to growth thanks to the knowledge of teams colleagues

      Inconvénients

      * The salary is the same even though you are promoted to Premier Engineer * They only worry about the metrics * A lot of people leave at their first year, making the teams unstable.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
