If you want to learn as a new technical support engineer, it is where to be.

Inconvénients

Very poor salary structure, poor leave structure. More of KPI pressure everyday.

Avantages

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Inconvénients

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
