Avantages

Tealium continues to scale and is making positive momentum. People are really smart, are driven to do the right things, and are innovative. Strong focus on AI and understanding all the new options for working with AI.

Inconvénients

Sales have been steady but growth has been slower than hoped

Dependent on team/position, but I experienced good work-life balance, paths to promotion, a lot of tech to work with, an education stipend, and no micro-management.

Inconvénients

Felt like the company was a bit stagnant while there,
