TD works on tight margins so essentially they rely on paying everyone except leadership as little as possible in order to get it all working. In the time I was there they reduced pay by 20%, centralised operations from Germany to Spain only to reduce costs not really caring about the impact in the service that those actions took. The attrition was consistently sitting at 40-50% across all departments with finance operations exceeding 60%. No actions were taken in order to retain talent and this was considered normal. The workload is excessive and after 2-3 years their people realise there are no opportunities to grow and develop. After the merger with Sinex things have gone worse as they are closing some departments, automating customer service which ultimately means a worse service to their clients.
