      - People are too focused on speaking German and not quite opened to english speaking employees - Salary is decently lower than market

      Dear colleague, thank you for your review and your positive statements about the company, we appreciate that. It is true that our corporate communications are largely in German, but there are now also some English-speaking teams. We are equally hoping for openness from our English colleagues here to make an effort to speak German. But if you ever feel unheard or misunderstood please feel free to address your concerns.       Liebe*r Kolleg*in, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung und dass du dir die Zeit dafür genommen hast! Erst einmal freut es uns natürlich, dass du dich in deinem Team wohlfühlst und du die Flexibilität genießt. Wir sind bemüht durch verschiedene Tools eine gute unternehmensweite Kommunikation zu gewährleisten, komme gerne auf uns zu falls du noch andere Ideen hast.
