I reluctantly came to this small woman-owned business after 15 years at larger companies that didn't know or care anything about me. I've now been here at corporate for 5 years and my entire life is better having made that decision. Leadership is top-notch and the people I work with are friendly and driven.
Inconvénients
The only con I can think of is if you're a lazy person; Don't come here.
If you come here, expect to work and bring no BS to work. We are a highly performing company and if you don't come to work or you bring BS to work, it won't be a good match. To work here, you have to want to do your part to help the company succeed. Whether it's doing the job you were hired to do or taking out the trash...you do what needs to be done.

Inconvénients
Like any job, there are times when the workload can become quite demanding. However, the team's resilience and support make these periods manageable. Efficient time management and open communication help navigate through these challenges.
