      Salary on time but deduct salary based on work day day like in month 21 days are their their calculation is based on salary/21 per day salary will be deducted.

      Inconvénients

      Sr. Have insecurity they will create trobles and represent lower employess to higher managemnet tgey don't know anything just fire them based on their review they fire emplyoee on same day without any notice period don't join salary increment to only peoples who are more likely or persanal servant to Sr..
