Do not be fooled with the company's open policy of transferring positions internally after a year's employment. It's a lateral transfer - don't expect a change in pay grade. Unfair practices of low-balling and undermining senior employees with ridiculously low salary increases while a new hire with less experience can earn 50% more than those individuals. Outdated processes in tracking time and expenses. For a company who touts itself as being a leader in the forefront of technology, they sure could benefit from this if applied to their own operations.
